How to set the range of electromagnetic flowmeter and precautions for use

Precautions for installation of split type electromagnetic flowmeter
The controller of the split type electromagnetic flowmeter should be installed vertically, and the two-phase flow should move from top to bottom to consider the mixing of solid and liquid phases. The reason is that liquid substances (such as fine sand, crushed stone particles, etc.) in the material are prone to settling. There are many fish in the other pipeline, and if the wild grass shakes in the pipeline, the output of the flowmeter will oscillate back and forth. The oscillation of the wild grass hanging around the elevator will also make the output of the flowmeter unstable. Install alloy filters at the upstream and downstream outlets of the flowmeter to cut off fish and weeds and allow them to enter the measuring tube.

Instructions for wiring terminals of integrated electromagnetic flowmeter
L1/L2 (or L/N): Connect to an AC power source, with the live wire connected to L1 (or L) and the neutral wire connected to L2 (or N). Supports voltage of 220V or 24V AC. Some models require a 1A specification fuse to be connected through the FUSE terminal.
