It should be pointed out that instruments that have undergone strict adjustments and real flow calibration in the manufacturing plant, and have been inspected and qualified one by one before leaving the factory, can generally be put into operation without any adjustments. Therefore, for the problems encountered during the initial operation, it is necessary to follow the instructions in this manual to check, analyze, and troubleshoot each point carefully. Do not blindly mess around or even damage the entire set of instruments that have been adjusted. When the instrument is put into operation, the following steps can be followed:

A. Firstly, open the front and rear valves of the sensor to fill the measuring tube with the measured medium;

B. Power on. Use an electric pen to check if the polarity of the power terminal of the converter matches the wiring diagram. At this point, there is flow inside the pipe, and the digital display of the converter should indicate a certain value; C. Adjust the zero position. After the instrument is powered on for one hour, first tightly close the valve on the downstream side of the sensor, and then close the valve on the upstream side, so that the fluid in the pipe stops flowing and there is no leakage, and the flow rate is zero. Measure the output signal of the converter with an ammeter, which should be 4 ± 0.04mA. If it is too high or too low, the current output zero position can be reset. Make the output signal within the above range.
