Cyclone preventer, also known as anti vortex device, is installed at the bottom of the water pump suction pipe in the fire water tank and domestic water tank. It is a specialized rectifier accessory for fluid systems. When the water pump absorbs water, a funnel vortex is easily formed on the water surface, which carries air into the pipeline and causes cavitation, vibration, and unstable water output of the water pump
