L1/L2 (or L/N): Connect to an AC power source, with the live wire connected to L1 (or L) and the neutral wire connected to L2 (or N). Supports voltage of 220V or 24V AC. Some models require a 1A specification fuse to be connected through the FUSE terminal.

1、 Power terminal

L1/L2 (or L/N): Connect to an AC power source, with the live wire connected to L1 (or L) and the neutral wire connected to L2 (or N). Supports voltage of 220V or 24V AC. Some models require a 1A specification fuse to be connected through the FUSE terminal.

2、 Signal output terminal

Current output

I+: 4-20mA current signal positive pole.

COM: Common ground terminal for current output.

Frequency/pulse output

P+: Positive pole of frequency or pulse signal (supporting bidirectional flow measurement).

COM: Frequency output common ground terminal.

3、 Alarm output terminal

Lower limit alarm

AL: Alarm signal terminal.

COM: Alarm common ground terminal.

Upper limit alarm

AH: Alarm signal terminal.

COM: Alarm common ground terminal (shared with lower limit alarm).

4、 Communication terminal

RS485 communication

T+and T -: Used for data transmission and remote monitoring.

G (some models): RS232 communication ground terminal.

5、 Sensor signal processing terminal

Signal line (usually twisted pair shielded wire):

SIG1/SIG2: Electrode signal input terminals.

SGND: Shielding layer ground terminal (signal ground).

Excitation line (integrated type usually built-in, no need for external connection):

EXT+/NEXT - (split type one-on-one, integrated type does not require connection).

6、 Wiring precautions

Power matching: Confirm that the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated value of the equipment (220V or 24V) to avoid accidental connection and burning of the equipment.

Signal line shielding: Shielded wire is required, with the shielding layer connected to the SGND terminal, and the signal line and power line laid separately (parallel to the same pipe is prohibited).

Grounding requirements:

The grounding terminal of the converter housing needs to be well grounded with ≥ 1.6mm ² copper wire (grounding resistance<10 Ω).

Reserve a U-shaped bend at the cable entrance to prevent rainwater infiltration.

Anran operation: Cut off the power before wiring, and have dedicated personnel operate and verify the terminal identification.

Output type confirmation:

The 4-20mA output needs to distinguish between active (built-in power supply) and passive (external power supply required) to avoid accidental connection and burn damage.
