Electromagnetic flow meters have become one of the priority flow meters for measuring liquid media in industrial enterprises. Due to the fact that only liquids have a certain conductivity, they can be selected as measuring tools and are more commonly used in conductive liquids such as water, sewage, sulfuric acid, and ammonia water. What are the power supply methods for electromagnetic flow meters? Currently, the main ones are 220V, 24V, and battery power supply.
The 220 V power supply electromagnetic flowmeter is now widely used. Generally, there is a 220 V power supply in industrial sites. If the flowmeter is set up according to requirements, it can be powered on to work. The 220V power supply electromagnetic flowmeter can be made in an integrated or modular form.
The 24V power supply electromagnetic flowmeter is mainly used in industrial sites where AC power is not allowed and in places where low-voltage DC power is used from Anran, or in distribution current integrators that supply power to electromagnetic flowmeters from integrators, only 24V can be selected.
Battery powered electromagnetic flow meters are currently not widely used, mainly for situations where there is no power supply on site. At the same time, it also has fault alarm function, up and down flow setting and alarm function, and forward and reverse flow switching function. But its price is much higher than the same product. In addition to the diversity of power supply methods, electromagnetic flow meters also have powerful internal functions. They can measure the flow velocity of liquid media, the forward and reverse flow rates of media, and the instantaneous and cumulative flow rates.
